In addition to not having been through the buying process before, we were also moving from out of state on a tight timeline. Megan helped to make the entire process from the first house that we viewed in person to closing day and move in seamless for us! From the first day that we met Megan, she went above and beyond when it came to communicating and helping us to find a home that we loved. She was responsive, put together information packets for us, and sought to get us the answers to any and all questions that we had. She is incredibly well-connected with the communities we were seeking to buy in and had direct contacts that she was able to reach out to if we had any questions. Once we found a home that we loved, Megan helped to walk us through putting in an offer and was our direct line of communication for all steps after. Her responsiveness and knowledge about all of the agreements, documents, and steps that we needed to complete aided us in being able to close on our home in just over a month's time. We felt so reassured every step of the way, from the inspection to the appraisal, all with Megan's guidance. We are so thankful that we had the opportunity to work with her and will absolutely seek to work with her again in the future if this should ever be a need for us!

She helped me understand issues that I didn't quite grasp while working with my lender, which was huge, but more importantly she worked with me seamlessly despite my purchasing the house sight-unseen from, literally, 1000 miles away. She was kind and sincere always, and gave me numerous virtual walkthroughs and talks through conditions, sending specific pictures that I'd asked for, helping me evaluate Seller's Disclosures, etc. Can't recommend her highly enough. Megan's an absolute asset and I have no doubts that having her on your team will make your homebuying journey the best it can be.
